All digital products, including software, source code, applications, themes, templates, plugins, and SaaS services, remain the intellectual property of IT CLUB. Purchasing a product grants a license to use the product, it does not transfer ownership.
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the product under the following conditions:

The product is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the product will be error-free or uninterrupted.
We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the product.
This license may be terminated if you violate any terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the product and delete all copies.
License purchase may include updates or support as described on the product page. Support does not include customization unless stated.
For SaaS products, access is granted for the subscription period only. We may suspend accounts for misuse or policy violations.
This License Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
By purchasing, downloading, or using our products, you agree to this License Agreement.
